37 years ago the Pittsburgher Magazine named my pizza #1 in western Pennsylvania. I pledge that my pizza will be even better than 37 years ago. I will use only the best and freshest ingredients. My curt and breads will be make with purified water and the highest grade of flour. All may sauces are home-made using my Great Grandmother Louisa Fiori’s recipe from Naples in 1890. They simmer for hours with the highest quality herbs and spices. My restaurants always have and always will exceed all state and federal health and safety regulations.
